The Moscow Arbitration Court seized the property and accounts of Google LLC in the amount of 500 million rubles as an injunction against the claim of the Gazprom-Media holding to restore the YouTube video hosting account.

According to the document, in the case, GPM Entertainment Television LLC (part of Gazprom-Media) demanded the nullification of the unilateral withdrawal from the agreement, the restoration of full access to the YouTube account with full functionality, as well as the convening of a court. punishment.
The GPM RTB press service reported that the case was related to the TNT YouTube channel. Defendants are Google Ireland Ltd, Google LLC and Google Commerce Ltd, in addition to Google LLC.
Earlier, on April 13, the arbitration court had refused to confiscate Google LLC’s property and money as an injunction in this case.
In mid-March, YouTube announced that it would block state-funded Russian-language channels worldwide in connection with Russian military operations in Ukraine. The accounts of TNT and NTV TV channels belonging to the holding were blocked.
