It is noted that ComNav produces and still supplies to Russia navigation and radar equipment, in particular, navigation modules that support the Russian GLONASS system, which is an analogue of the American GPS.

“These modules are the real “eyes” of Russian missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles, because thanks to them, navigation of enemy aircraft and missile systems to bombard Ukraine, the implementation of intelligence activities, coordination of ground combat groups and navigation NAZK, noted the navy.

For example, with the help of the GLONASS system, the Russian army controls Iranian UAVs of the Shahed-136 type. It became known that on October 17 last year, GLONASS control units were located on the Shahed-136, which was shot down on the territory of Ukraine.
