Exactly as we expected and hand in hand with the POCO F4 GT, POCO watches were officially introduced today, the company’s first smartphone, was a pleasant surprise. And it is so that some data that has leaked, such as the size and shape of its screen, turned out to be untrue, while others, such as battery capacity, were confirmed. From everyone a bit, as is usually the case in these cases.
Having regard to its specifications and the determination of the relationship between them and their price, we find a really attractive option, which can be the first step in using a smart watch for many users. And I don’t mean that POCO Watches are basic smart watches, far from it. On the contrary, and in addition to users with very specific needs, we face smart watches capable of meeting what many users expect from devices of this type.

The first thing we see on this POCO Watch is that, unlike much of the recently introduced smart watches, which are committed to a circular design, in this case we find a rectangular bodyin the style of the almighty Apple Watch, but even more minimalist than the one in Cupertino, because the only physical control we find in this case (apart from the touch screen, of course) is the only button on its right.

For its screen, POCO has opted for a 1.6-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 320 x 360 pixels in an aspect ratio of 2: 2.25 and a density of 301 dots per inch. Among the designs of its main screen, the clock screen, POCO Watch has several suggestions for use in mode always onthus giving them the same functionality as a traditional watch.
POCO Watch has quantification functions optical heart rate sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope and electronic compassand relies on them, along with user-entered data, to indicate and offer heart rate, blood saturation (SpO₂), sleep quality analysis, stress control, breathing training, and menstrual cycle control. In addition, it allows you to quantify more than a hundred sports activities indoors and outdoors thanks to the integrated GPS module and its immersion in up to five atmospheres.
To guarantee autonomy, which according to the manufacturer can reach up to 14 days, POCO Watch uses a 225 milliampere battery.
POCO Watch is already on sale in Spain and its price is € 89.99but during the first 48 hours after its launchit is possible to purchase it with discount 20 eur above its current price.
