Xiaomi 13 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor as well as 8GB/12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB UFS 4.0 internal memory.

In the photography industry, the device integrates a 50 MP Sony IMX800 sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 10 MP telephoto lens. The case offers a 32MP front camera.

Finally, the Xiaomi 13 is equipped with a 4500mAh battery that supports 67W wired charger, 50W fast wireless charger and 10W reverse wireless charger.
