Chuwi is a manufacturer that has tried to redefine “cheap PC” since its first products. Aside from using the concept in pejorative terms, it should be a value in itself if the price is aligned with the level of hardware you’re selling. And there is no doubt that if we talk about the relationship properties / price this manufacturer excels above most.

Today we bring you a new confirmation. Chuwi GemiBook xPro is a lightweight laptop (thickness 19 mm and weight 1.4 kg) with a 14-inch screen, Intel N processor, basic level of memory and storage and sufficient connectivity for this type of device.

It is the first laptop from Chuwi to use Intel N processors. If you remember, Intel introduced them at CES for input range to personal computers and as a replacement for the discontinued Celeron and Pentium. They are built using the latest Intel 7 process technology and under the new Gracemont microarchitecture. These processors use only E (Efficient) cores with native processing with 4 or 8 cores/threads and are accompanied by integrated Intel UHD graphics capable of streaming video to up to three displays.

The model included in this notebook is Intel N100, the most basic of the series, but at the same time the cheapest and with a high degree of energy efficiency with its 6 watts TDP. The main configuration is accompanied by 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD. It supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and will have an unknown number of USB ports.

The Chuwi GemiBook xPro will come pre-installed with Windows 11 and will be available soon on the manufacturer’s website and international retail channel for a price that is yet to be defined, but will below the $300 mark.
