The action team is particularly proud of the opportunity for citizens to donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the app, as well as other important services such as the eVerog chatbot and services for IDPs and businesses.
Banik noted that Diya users are predominantly the adult population of Ukraine, with the largest age group being the 35-44 age group. However, he added that there are approximately 4.7 million users over the age of 55. Banik attributed this success to the introduction of new services, especially for old users.
During the interview, Banik also talked about bulb replacement through Diya, beta testing of new services, future services, and the launch of the first public podcast “Tsyfra” available on Diya’s YouTube channel.
