A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket carrying the Crew Dragon spacecraft left the hangar at Launch Pad 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral and was lifted to its launch position on Thursday, February 23. The start is scheduled for February 27.

The SpaceX Crew-6 mission will carry NASA astronauts Steven Bowen and Warren Hoburg to the International Space Station, along with Russian cosmonaut Andrei Fedyaev and United Arab Emirates astronaut Sultan Alneyadi.
The four men will travel to space aboard the SpaceX Crew Dragon Endeavor, making its fourth flight after the SpaceX Demo-2 crew test flight in 2020, the Crew-2 flight in 2021, and the subsequent special Axiom Mission-1 flights. Crew-6 is SpaceX’s seventh manned mission for NASA, including the Demo-2 demonstration flight as part of the agency’s commercial program and the company’s ninth manned spaceflight overall.
