Paranoid Android is one of the few AOSP-based “live” firmwares for popular smartphones that are regularly updated and released. Recently, the developers announced that a new stable version based on Android 13 called Topaz is available for several popular but already outdated Xiaomi smartphones. This was reported by Android Police.
More precisely, the new Paranoid Android has been made available to Xiaomi sub-brand devices (not Mi-branded devices):
- Redmi Note 9S
- Redmi Note 9 Pro (India)
- Redmi Note 10 Lite
- Redmi Note 9 Pro (international version)
- Redmi Note 9 Pro Max (India)
- Poco M2 Pro
- Poco F2 Pro
- Redmi K30 Pro
- Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition
Also, the developers are preparing the firmware for the Redmi Note 11 – now only the second beta version is available (but they state that this fixes the main bugs).
