The arrival of SkyShowtime is a long-awaited moment for many. Just 10 days ago we finally had confirmation of the date and conditions under which the service will arrive in our country, and although some of the titles that we will find on the platform have been advanced until now, we have been waiting for the complete list which allows us to know how strong this new service will enter a market as complex as movie and series streaming services.
We’ll have to wait for that February 28date chosen by the service to sign up to SkyShowtime and start exploring all its content, but the good news is that the platform has decided to publish list of all series, 92 no less, with which the service will open doors for us as well. And as you will see below, the design is very varied, and although it will depend on taste, I personally find it quite interesting. Without further ado, let’s take a look at the list:
As you can see, we can find from practically unknown series to big and more than accredited successes, and also with a menu that includes some of the best productions of the last decades in a variety of genres. Personally, I am clear that a Twin Peaks marathon (a classic) is coming up and that I will take the opportunity to watch its recent sequel, and that the two series that I usually review from time to time, The Office (in this case the American one, although I prefer the British) and House are also on my must-have list.
Remember that if you subscribe to the service within the first two weeks as an introductory offer, you can enjoy the monthly fee of 2.99 euros forever, compared to 5.99 euros, which will be the regular price of the service. Something that reminds me again that Netflix should give its batteries even more when it comes to lowering prices, because otherwise maybe when the time comes, it won’t have users to support.
