Foldable smartphones are becoming more and more popular and it looks like they will soon go mainstream. We’ve seen many brands launch their foldable phones in recent years, but Samsung continues to lead in this exciting category. It seems that the Korean OEM plans to further expand its portfolio by launching up to 6 advanced devices in 2024. It is also reported that the brand will reorganize the S series series and remove the plus model next year. Details are here.

According to Twitter user @RGcloudS, Samsung plans to make several big changes to its smartphone and tablet portfolio next year. Next year, the brand may launch up to 6 folding devices, including the Galaxy Z Flex, Z Fold Ultra, Z Flip Ultra and specifically the Z Tab. The regular Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip are also included.

The source claims that the “Z Ultra” branded models will use a Samsung 4K display, while the standard “Z” models will be equipped with a BOE-made QHD display. Alternatively, the Z Flip could come with a Samsung 2K display or an FHD BOE panel.

In particular, it has been claimed that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flex will triple fold, that is, unlike traditional foldable smartphones, it will fold three times. Additionally, the company is apparently working on a foldable tablet called the Galaxy Z Tab. Since it will be a foldable tablet, we can expect it to offer a relatively larger screen.

Also, a Twitter user claims that Samsung is preparing to launch a new mid-range series called the Galaxy K series. Although we don’t know much about the new series, it will most likely be placed under the Galaxy A series. reported that next year the Korean company will abandon the Galaxy S24+ model and introduce a new premium model in the series.
