Gmail is one of the main props on which the Google empire rests. With this new design, the view is now split into two panels, offering a dual-screen experience that’s much more convenient than simply placing all of your app content on a wider screen.

I don’t know how you’ll feel about it, but I personally find it much more efficient to use the dual screen of smartphones with this form factor.

Moreover, it is interesting that Google is taking this step with its mail client, as it reminds us of the thousands of rumors that have been circulating in recent years about the company’s plans to launch the Google Pixel Fold.
