European cybersecurity service provider Nomios Group, formerly known as Infradata, has acquired a majority stake in Aditinet, a cybersecurity company operating in the Italian market.
With the acquisition of Aditinet, Nomios Group grows annual sales to EUR 400 million and employs more than 600 full-time equivalents (FTE) across its seven European markets, including Belgium. The current CEO and founder (Paolo Marsella) and the CFO (Alberto Mez) remain minority shareholders. They will continue to run the business and drive integration within the Nomios Group.
Ethical Hacking
“The acquisition of Aditinet has many advantages, such as common supplier portfolios and significant know-how and a strong customer base in Italy. In addition, the acquisition allows us to expand our portfolio with new services such as ethical hacking,” explains Sébastien Kher, CEO of Nomios Group.
