The Lancom 1800EF has an integrated SFP port for direct connection to a fiber optic connection (FTTH) via a separately available SFP module (GPON/AON). In addition, this variant offers the greatest possible flexibility for connecting external modems via the available Gigabit Ethernet ports.

The Lancom 1800EFW’s dual-band WLAN module (Wifi 6) ensures reliable integration of WLAN devices into the network

Thanks to maximum bandwidth and effective load balancing, all devices in the new gigabit router series can use up to four Internet connections at the same time. Using Advanced Routing and Forwarding (ARF) with up to 16 isolated and independently routed IP contexts, they efficiently route all IP applications through a central router. At the same time, the various communication channels remain securely separated from each other.

The five (optionally expandable to 25) integrated IPSec VPN channels offer strong encryption for the secure connection of mobile workplaces and the protection of company-internal data.

In combination with the Lancom Management Cloud (LMC), the SD-WAN gateways offer various options for the automated establishment of secure VPN connections (Auto-VPN) between branches, including network virtualization.

High Scalability VPN (HSVPN) and Advanced Mesh VPN offer scalability and efficiency in multi-site and application scenarios. In addition, when multiple WAN links are available, they automatically operate in active/active mode (load balancing), increasing the total available bandwidth.

The Lancom 1800EF is available now for EUR 709 and the Lancom 1800EFW for EUR 949. The 1G fiber optic module Lancom SFP-AON-1 is available for 119 euros, the GPON variant Lancom SFP-GPON-1 for 159 euros. All above prices are exclusive of VAT.
