Microsoft has released a major update for Windows 11. This was reported by BleepingComputer.
An update called Windows 11 22H2 Moment 2 was made available to operating system users from Microsoft at the end of February. According to journalists, the update refers to cumulative updates that are optional to install. However, users who skip the installation will get Moment 2 with mandatory updates scheduled for March 2023.
The update includes the AI-powered Bing search engine integrated into the Windows taskbar, the option to connect the iPhone to the computer, and the search added to the task manager. In addition, the new version of the operating system has been optimized for the display of tablets and hybrid computers with the possibility of customizing the desktop. Additionally, the 22H2 Moment 2 update includes a new tabbed version of the “Notepad” text editor, a screen recording function via the Snipping Tool, new widgets, and an updated Quick Help applet.
Moment 1, the last major update for Windows 11, was released in October 2022.
