During MWC 2023 in Barcelona, ​​Lenovo showcased a new line of Thinkpad business laptops that will change the way people work today and increase productivity. Among the biggest innovations on display are the new second generation Thinkpad Z13 and Z16, which feature improved performance and will ship with Windows 11 installed. In addition, the Z13 model will have 75% recycled linen fiber lining on the top cover, which is an innovative design and environmental friendliness.

According to the brand, both devices will ship with an AMD Ryzen 7000 processor and will be able to use dual-channel mode with 64GB in addition to a 2TB PCIe SSD. The touchpad of both will be next to the red trackpoint, well known to the brand, which will also receive new features for the public. Double-tapping it, for example, will open a quick menu with four options for accessing apps or features that can be customized to suit your daily needs.

In addition to them, the Thinkpad T14 was introduced, bringing new ways of working in a hybrid format to the fourth generation. It comes with a 5 megapixel camera which is enhanced for the video conferencing that has become so common these days. Lenovo has also thought of a few quality-of-life improvements such as blue light reduction and the ability to use a 2.8K OLED panel.

Changes in the Thinkpad E14

The fifth generation Thinkpad E14 laptop will also come with new features for those looking for more cost-effective options. It will come with a 16:10 screen and a 115mm touch panel, adapting the user experience to a more comfortable environment. This model will ship with Windows 11 Pro installed and can be made with an AMD Ryzen 7000 or 13th Gen Intel Core processor. The E14 will also come with two battery options: 47 Wh or 57 Wh.

Lenovo has guaranteed that all of these featured products will be available in the Brazilian market soon, but there is still no word on the cost of each or its expected launch date. For now, the company is revealing all of its news during MWC 2023, which runs until March 2.
