Company TCL CSOT announced today that it has developed an ultra-thin and light tablet display that provides high image quality, optimized and updated with OLED display technology. The panel is also claimed to offer a high refresh rate and screen-to-body ratio. It was created with precision sensor technology and could be a new breakthrough.
Reports show that TCL CSOT has made significant efforts to optimize the quality and color of the panels, surpassing the capabilities of traditional technologies. With a maximum resolution of 4K, the company’s imaging technology makes media content look more refined and sharp.
Also, its color gamut coverage matches professional cinema screens and offers a full color gamut with 100% DCI-P3 coverage. This technology still supports 60/120 Hz screen refresh rate at 4K resolution. It quickly detects dynamic bass change, ensuring smooth operation while reducing power consumption.
In addition, TCL CSOT used ultra-narrow bezel technology on the screen, which can achieve a screen-to-body ratio of up to 96% and provides a wider field of view. TCL CSOT has revolutionized touch control by replacing traditional plug-in technology with an embedded solution called DOT (Direct on-cell Touch).
This innovative technology seamlessly integrates touch and screen elements directly into the panel, resulting in a thinner screen and more interior space. It also supports active pens and has a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz.
