Among the most popular services in the “Diya” application are obtaining the certificate of an IDP, changing the place of residence, as well as revoking an IDP status.
This was announced by Mstislav Banik, head of development of electronic services at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, during the briefing “Should we let March 8 – the results of the survey in Diya and new services this week”. Media Center held in Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“Disregarding the documents, I would like to mention services for IDPs, as they are the most used service by Ukrainians. Now that we have a full-scale war, they are in demand. The first is to apply for an IDP certificate. The second is a change of residence. The third is the cancellation of the IDP status,” he said.
Banik added that the service, where Ukrainians can apply for free replacement of old incandescent lamps with energy-saving LED lamps, is no less popular. As well as military bonds that Ukrainians bought with the help of Diya for more than 400 million hryvnia.
As reported, the Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched a new service in the Diya application that allows Ukrainians to obtain electronic court decisions with a qualified electronic signature of judges.
