Google has provided a new Google Drive tool in Brazil to open and edit PDFs using the platform’s cloud storage service. You can take notes on top of a document and even draw on them, further personalizing the content you consume and making it easier to share it with the people you need. For example, this high school/college subject with class notes on content or even general highlights of some meeting in a simple way.

Accessing the resource is quite simple: just open the PDF in your Google Drive and notice the blue square with a pencil and some drawings. By clicking on it, options will open and you can change the color of notes and even markers, mimicking the markers that we have outside the digital environment. Pen color options: blue, black, green and red. The marker can be switched between yellow, purple, blue or green.

In addition, the tool will also have an eraser so you can correct what has been incorrectly annotated or drawn. You can even omit the annotations and leave it as is for any reason you can think of. This panel also helps with accessibility, it can be moved to the side and doesn’t take up much of the screen to use it.

The update is now available in Brazil.

You can now use this feature here in Brazil with all features in Portuguese-BR, but keep in mind some details: the update is only available for those who have Android version 6.0 Marshmallow or higher on their smartphone.

Also, to update, you will need an internet connection to download the file. With this improvement, Google Drive takes it one step further to become an even more user-friendly tool in the business marketplace, moving from being just a “cloud server” to assigning several other features that improve the experience for every user.
