According to Google Trends, searches related to the word “feminism” have more than doubled on the platform over the past ten years, recording a significant 120% increase. A more detailed analysis of search data at the global level shows that Brazil does not enjoy a privileged position, ranking 56th for interest in the term “feminism”. The top five countries most involved in this topic, in descending order, are: Ecuador, Cuba, Philippines, China and Tanzania.
