Application conditions:
Those applying for the program must be registered or graduated from an associate degree, undergraduate, graduate or doctoral program, they must not have been involved in an enterprise partnership structure as of the provisional application date, and the Ministry of Industry and Technology Techno-enterprise Capital Support or TUBITAK 1512 Program 2nd Stage must not have received support.
