The report says Elon Musk wants employees of his companies Boring Co., Tesla and SpaceX, all of which have large manufacturing facilities near Austin, to be able to use the new homes at below-market rents. The Snailbrook project also plans to build over 100 homes and provide area amenities such as a swimming pool and outdoor sports field.
