Everyone knows very well that a mobile phone has a certain radiation frequency that can harm human health. For this reason, the majority is against the mobile phone being close to one’s body. Putting your phone next to your pillow can cause insomnia, nightmares, and stress. This exposure can adversely affect a person’s biological and heart rhythm.

If a smartphone lights up at night, a person’s heart rate increases and the sleep hormone – melatonin – decreases. Therefore, it is better to put the phone away from yourself, especially at night. If you don’t need to get up early from the alarm, put your phone in the next room for a restful night’s sleep. If you still need an alarm, set your phone to silent mode when you receive a message.

Place the phone at least 1 meter away from you.

Never put your phone under your pillow to avoid disturbing your sleep and creating stress. Covering your phone with a pillow can cause it to heat up and damage it.
