As part of the realized project, Vodafone Business, in collaboration with Yıldız Technical University, is organizing the online ‘Digital Transformation Certification Program in Organized Industrial Zones’ for the management of organized industrial zones and employees of companies located in the zones. In the 3-month trainings, the main topics are the impact of digital transformation on industry and SMEs, digital strategy and digital business models, industry 4.0, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital marketing, digital leadership, 5G technology and Metaverse. The digital awareness level of the employees is measured with the tests that are taken at the beginning and end of the training course. After the training program, the participants will receive certificates from Yıldız Technical University SEM, while advantageous Vodafone Business business solution packages are offered to the management of the organized industrial zone and the companies in the region.
With this project, companies in OIZs will be present in digital and active use of digital channels, ensuring business continuity with uninterrupted and fast connection and security solutions, increasing productivity in production with solutions such as work, machinery, energy , employee tracking and the transformation of Industry 4.0. Kütükcü stated that their goal is to digitize all organized industrial zones in Turkey and the business processes of 67 thousand enterprises in these organized industrial zones, and stated that the program implemented by OSBÜK, Vodafone Business and Yıldız Technical University will lead this goal. Kütükcü provided the following information about the training courses under the program: “Within the scope of the program, a large number of training courses will be provided on 10 main topics, from the impact of digital transformation on industrialists to digital business models, from industry 4.0 to the internet of things, from digital leadership to digital marketing. These training courses, which are fully aimed at the employees in our OIZ boards and companies in our OIZs, will last until July. As part of the programme, which will provide digital training to 1,000 people in the first phase, 955 people from our OIZs have registered so far. At the end of the training, these successful participants receive certificates.
