The iPhone 15 is one of the most anticipated smartphones of today, which does not allow for debate. We recently shared with you a special article dedicated to the iPhone 15 where we did just that compilation of rumors and “leaks” the most interesting and credible we know so far, and today we have new details worth analyzing.

The first thing that comes to my mind is that it is now “taken for granted”, in quotes because it is a rumor and because there is actually nothing definitive, that all models of this new generation of Apple will be made of titanium and that the said material will not be exclusive to «Pro» and «Pro Max» models. This is something that contrasts with the previous information, and honestly leaves me a little confused.

Using titanium to make the iPhone 15 chassis will have important advantages, as it is a material that is lighter and more durable than steel, but it is also more expensive, which would ultimately be reflected in the selling price. According to the information I had the opportunity to see, the use of titanium would raise the price of the iPhone 15 by at least $100which means that in Spain this new generation would be even more expensive than the current one.

To give you an idea of ​​what that would mean, I will base estimate adjusted to the euro on this basis. An increase of 100 dollars would become 93 euros and 21% VAT would have to be applied to them. With this increase, the price of the iPhone 15 Pro would become a case 1,432 EUR, and the iPhone will stand 1,121 euros. If we were to go to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, the use of titanium would shoot up its price 1,581 euros.

Personally, I think that these are prices that would already start to touch such an excessive level that eventually, whether it is Apple the most, it would cause rejection among consumers. That’s my opinion, but who knowsmaybe the status and level of the apple company in question and the attractiveness of titanium work a miracle and in the end the price increase will not negatively affect sales if the use of said material is confirmed.

On the other hand, a new leak suggests that the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max will have single volume control button, which means that Apple will combine the two buttons that are present in the iPhone 14 to create a single one. This should give these terminals a more uniform and aesthetic look, but this change will not be present on the standard and Plus models. It is said that this button and the one that silences the terminal will have tactile design with tactile feedback.

Finally, an image showing what the front sides of the new iPhone 15 will look like has also surfaced, and it’s clear that The Pro and Pro Max models will have smaller screen bezels than the standard models. If all goes according to plan, the launch of the iPhone 15 should take place between the first and second week of September this year.
