Adobe Express gets Enterprise version and gets access to Firefly

At its Adobe Summit, Adobe announced several new tools and features, including an enterprise tier for Adobe Express and a new service called Adobe Product Analytics.

The Adobe Summit is currently taking place (March 21-23) in Las Vegas. For the first time since 2019, the event will be open to the public again. One of the biggest reveals the company made at the event so far was the launch of a generative AI tool called Adobe Firefly.

Adobe Product Analysis

With the new cloud service Adobe Product Analytics, companies are discovering ways to improve their applications and websites. The service becomes part of Experience Cloud and complements the existing analysis tools within the platform.

Adobe Product Analytics gives companies the ability to track how users interact with their applications and websites. The service includes charts that show global statistics (e.g. the percentage that makes a purchase), but users can also view more detailed data.

The new analytics tool allows software teams to measure the popularity of features within an application. You can also measure differences between iOS and Android apps. Based on this information, they can redesign parts of the app to improve engagement. Developers can also measure user reactions to application updates.

Not only developers, but also marketing departments benefit from the analysis tool. For example, the service shows which marketing campaigns caused a user to register for an application or website. In addition, the function shows which actions buyers carry out before making a purchase.

Adobe Express for business

With Adobe Express, businesses can create all types of content, from branding content to social media posts, without requiring a lot of design skills. The tool is Adobe’s answer to Canva’s popularity.

Adobe originally released the tool as Creative Cloud Express in 2021 to replace Adobe Spark. Later the name changed to Adobe Express.

Adobe Express for Enterprise integrates with the company’s digital asset management offering called Adobe Experience Manager. In addition, Enterprise membership gives companies access to Adobe Firefly, which allows them to create graphics and text effects that are safe for commercial use. Enterprise customers also get access to images, videos, fonts, and templates.

To better meet the needs of enterprise customers, membership includes collaboration tools. For example, users can invite team members to comment on a specific version of a project.

Adobe Express for Enterprise is available in beta for Creative Cloud Enterprise customers. Adobe hasn’t announced what a subscription will cost yet, but to give you an idea, Adobe Express Premium subscriptions start at €12.09 per month.
