The Ministry of Digital Transformation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Lisbon Council that will allow Ukraine to implement technology projects with European countries and participate in the Govtech4all incubator.
As reported by Ukrinform, the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation reported this on Telegram.
“Thanks to the memorandum, Ukraine will be able to work with European states on technological solutions and join the Govtech4all incubator. This is a four-year initiative of 21 partners with a budget of 12 million euros. It is funded by the Digital Europe Program and coordinated by the Lisbon Council.”
It was noted that in the future Ukraine will be able to participate in pilot projects of the incubator. This will make it possible to use Ukrainian experience and products, especially Diya, to jointly develop digital services and documents with European colleagues.
The Lisbon Council is a powerful think tank and political network that brings together politicians and public figures from all over Europe.
As reported, Ukraine participated in the seven-year “Digital Europe” program last year with a fund of 6 billion euros. The program provides funding for the digitalization of European countries in various directions. Its purpose is to accelerate economic recovery and digital transformation.
