This Thursday (23) Huawei announced three new devices that will be part of the Huawei P60 lineup, which promises to be one of the main rivals of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra when it comes to photography.. Among the big news is satellite communications for sending and receiving messages, a technology that promises to gradually appear in new devices that will be launched from now on.
At this first moment, Huawei has revealed that the Huawei P60, Huawei P60 Pro, and Huawei P60 Art will only be available in Europe from May 9th and in China from March 30th.. From there, perhaps other countries and regions of the world in the coming months. On the same day that the cell phone will be officially launched, the company announced that it will introduce a new line of mobile devices to the public during an event in Munich, Germany.
The Huawei P60 lineup has different models at different prices. The base 128GB model starts at 4,488 Yuan (equivalent to $657), while the 512GB model starts at 5,988 Yuan (about $877). The cost of the most basic version of the device corresponds to approximately 3.4 thousand reais and 4.5 thousand reais, respectively, according to the current quote. However, the price rises slightly in the other two versions.
That’s because the P60 Pro model is available in two internal storage options, 256GB for about $1,023 and 512GB for about $1,170. Finally, the P60 Art has two versions, with 512GB selling for around $1,316 and 1TB for around $1,610. These amounts range from R$5,200 to R$8,300, according to the current dollar exchange rate in Brazil.
The P60 series stands out for its cameras. All three models share a 48-megapixel main camera with an RYYB sensor and OIS. Variable aperture from f/1.4 to f/4.0 has ten speeds, allowing you to automatically switch depending on the scene you are shooting. This technology, used in new Huawei devices, captures the perfect amount of light in various shooting conditions.
Both the Huawei P60 and P60 Pro have 4815mAh batteries supporting 66W wired charging on the base model and 88W on the Pro. In addition, both models support 50W wireless charging. The P60 Art’s battery is slightly larger, at 5100 mAh, which uses a silicon-carbon cell to provide greater energy density compared to lithium-ion batteries.
