negöl Municipality’s Baykoca project teams continue to add success to their success. Baykoca Project Teams, which won 1st prize at Teknofest last year, started the year 2022 quickly. The Baykoca project teams of the Municipality of İnegöl visited Informatics Valley at the end of March. Here, after the briefing of the Informatics Valley Project and the R&D unit, presentations were given on 3 projects developed by the Baykoca project teams of the Municipality of İnegöl. Baykoca Guide Electric Travel Vehicle, Baykoca Fezakadı Leakage Detection Project with Drone and Baykoca ZİHA received high praise after the presentations. Baykoca Directory Electric Travel Vehicle and Baykoca Fezakadı Illegal Structure Detection Project with Drone were allowed to take place in Informatics Valley.

BAYKOCA REGA WILL HEAR HIS VOICE AND NAME STRONGER

Mayor Alper Taban, who made a statement on the subject, provided information about the two projects that were accepted for the Informatics Valley. Taban noted that the Baykoca Guide Electric Travel Vehicle project was launched in 2020 in the municipality of Inegol and said: “With our project, we aim to introduce our historical and cultural heritage in an interactive way, thanks to the 100 percent domestic Tourism 5.0 ‘Guide’ module, which we integrated into our 100 percent domestic electric car. For this purpose, we completed production of the first prototype of our Baykoca Electric Travel Vehicle project. Then we were invited to the 8th International Smart Grids and Cities Congress Fair and exhibited our project in the international arena.We are currently carrying out the second prototype design revision of our project.We are going to make the second prototype.As a result of our Incubation Center application for Turkey’s largest technopark, Informatics Valley, we have successfully passed the ÖDR delegation presentation and we have been accepted.Now, with the institutionalization of Informa tics Valley, including the TOGG Mobility Ecosystem, will make our project more heard and voiced.”

THE PROJECT TO COMPLETE THE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION

Alper Taban recalled that another project had been developed on illegal construction, which is one of the main problems of our country, and said: “In our country, illegal construction; represents a major problem in the qualified urban planning process and the implementation phases. In addition, this weakness causes serious losses in the fight against natural disasters and risks. To solve this problem, we have created an autonomous and intelligent system design that can actively and quickly detect illegal constructions with our team. Our project takes images via an autonomous UAV and processes the images with a unique artificial intelligence model. Then the system works on examining the registration status of the buildings from the municipal building registration system by calculating the positions of the buildings with an interface application. We also prototyped this project and it was showcased at the 8th International Smart Grids and Cities Congress Fair. Likewise, we are currently conducting the second prototype design overhaul of our project. This project was accepted after successfully passing the ÖDR delegation presentation as a result of our application in the IT Valley, Turkey’s largest techno park. In this project, with the institutionalization of Informatics Valley, including the TOGG Mobility Ecosystem, our project will make its voice and name more heard.”
