The removal of physical buttons will force the introduction of a type of buttons called “solid-state”, which would actually be nothing more than touch buttons. these buttons depends on a constant supply of energy for its proper functioning, which means that under normal conditions, when the smartphone is turned off or without battery, these buttons should not work.

It’s a very interesting approach that also makes a lot of sense, although we have to keep in mind that nothing is confirmed at the moment, so we’ll have to wait for the official presentation of what approach Apple has finally taken. In principle, the jump would be to perform without buttons exclusively for iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models, meaning the standard and Plus model would retain physical buttons.
