It’s the last Thursday of March and therefore the last Thursday of the month of GeForce Now and no doubt NVIDIA has decided to say goodbye to the month and officially welcome spring expands its catalog of compatible games by no less than 11 titles (which we will see later) in just one week. But best of all, the company has also moved forward with its plans for April, which we can already confirm will be a great month for the service as well.
For those who don’t know yet, GeForce Now is NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service. With it, you can play games that you have purchased from major digital stores that are compatible with the service. This way, you can enjoy them as if you were running them locally, but with the power provided by the company’s dedicated data centers to offer an exceptional gaming experience.
This way, you will be able to enjoy the latest versions, however demanding they may be, without having to worry about their technical requirements. Besides, you can also access them from a device where you wouldn’t normally be able to use themsuch as smartphones, tablets, Android TV devices, televisions, etc. In addition, GeForce Now offers three different levels of access, making the service accessible to everyone.
The first of the levels is the level free accounts. It is true (and of course logical) that these accounts have some limitations, such as the length of sessions and that advanced graphics modes are not available, but they are still a great choice both for those who want to test the service for the first time before accessing higher levels, for example for users who for whatever reason cannot afford to pay a monthly subscription.
Next we find priority accounts. With a monthly fee of 9.99 euros or a half-yearly fee of 49.99 euros, we can already enjoy advanced graphics modes with DLSS, ray tracing, and in addition, gaming sessions can be much longer (up to six hours). ). Rather than give my opinion on the service at this subscription level, I’ll limit myself to saying that I’ve been a subscriber for over two years and at this point I’m not even considering stopping.
Now for those who want the best of the best, NVIDIA delivers GeForce Now RTX 4080 level, the highest of those offered by the service, which, as the name suggests, will give you an experience similar to gaming on a high-end PC with an RTX 4080 graphics card. At this level, instead of giving my opinion, I recommend that you read the exhaustive analysis, which was posted by colleague Isidro. And if you decide what you need after reading, you should know that it is available in Spain for just over a month.
And what titles are being added to the service this week? Well, no less than 11 and once again we find ourselves with a really diverse proposal:
Personally, I’m particularly excited about the inclusion of Have a Nice Death, a game that borrows some elements from the exceptional Hollow Knight and has a gruesome sense of humor that also reminds me of the sensational Cult of the Lamb. I bought it last summer and since then I only recommend it to those who enjoyed either of the two titles I mentioned earlier.
We’ll be covering this more in the coming weeks, but April promises to be another great month for the service. After signing the contract with Microsoft, we are waiting for the news of the first Xbox first-party titles to GeForce Now, the first arrivals of which we expect between April and May.
But while we wait for the names and dates that will materialize this collaboration, NVIDIA has already confirmed the titles that will arrive on the platform within the next month… and there are no fewer than 23 of them. Here’s the list:
