Specifically, and although not stated in the Terms of Service, Google Drive has a limit of five million files per accountwhich includes both the free ones, which can be understood, and the Google Workspace ones, i.e. the paid ones.

For ordinary mortals, five million files may seem like a lot, but there are a few cases where this number is more attainable than we think.
