As you can read in the previous link, this rejection of AMP (“De-AMP” called it) is not just a Brave thing: DuckDuckGo has joined it as well, and it is possible that some other large browser will do the same.

Other new features in this new version of Brave include other enhancements related to gable panel, a drop-down list that opens when you click on the lion icon in the address bar. In particular, the way blocked content is displayed and the ability to refresh pages when activating or deactivating something has been reformulated very slightly, which simplifies and restores the whole view by no obvious ability (it’s worth seeing everything by clicking on it, but…) .

In addition to privacy, another pillar of the Brave design is everything that smells like a ‘crypto’, and a novelty in this version is the possibility of Connect Brave Rewards with Gemini on Androidwhich is added to the Uphold option as an integrable BAT messaging service (both already available on PC).

Of course, this new version of Brave (1.38 by version number) receives all the updates that Chromium has recently collected, including various optimizations and fixes, as well as security patches.
