This was announced by the Ministry of Education of Iran on Monday. what will be kicked out of training centersand all those people who do not follow the Islamic dress code, focus on usage hijab, and also in the “culture of chastity” among students.
Tehran points to the need to “familiarize” and “institutionalize” the use of the hijab and this “chastity culture,” for which reason it has tasked educational centers with assimilating the two concepts among students, according to an education statement compiled by the Mehr news agency.
“Having a broader understanding of cultural components and how they are institutionalized, including the theme of hijab and chastity, this is one of the most important challenges in the intellectual and cultural system,” the text says.
Education has set a number of norms obligatory observance in the centers, asking those in charge and teachers to cooperate not only in spreading these ideas about the hijab and chastity as fundamental values of Iranian society, but also in enforcing them.

Sharia – Islamic law – the doctrine of chastity and the hijab promotes “positive discourse” and “beautiful thinking” about its use. Explain the “Iranian Islamic way of life” or introduce students to “destructive programs” and “conspiracies” of the West, these are some of the rules established by Tehran for educational centers.
The new imposition by Iranian authorities is a response to protests that erupted in September 2022, when thousands of people demonstrated against the strict clothing rules imposed by the ayatollahs after a young woman Mahsa Amini dies at police station after arrestfor allegedly bad wearing of the veil.
The dress code for women has become a source heated debate in Iranian society, where the most traditional sectors have threatened to take action if the government does not put an end to the alleged loosening of rules, especially in major cities.

Parallel to the release of this statement, Education Minister Yousef Nouri submitted his resignation, which was accepted by Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, although this is due to a delay in the payment of wages, just over two weeks before the Persian New Year.
Raisi appointed Dean of Farhang University Reza Moradsahrai as the new head of education and asked First Vice President Mohammad Moher to investigate any possible irregularities related to delayed payments to teachers, IRNA news agency reported.
