First of all, let’s meet Seda Erdem Yılmaz:
“I graduated cum laude from Boğaziçi University International Relations and Business Administration. Later, I completed my MBA from Tulane University in the US on a Fulbright scholarship.
After having done strategy and management consultancy activities in both the US and Turkey at consultancy firms such as Ernst & Young, Peppers & Rogers and PwC, I joined Ata Holding in 2012 as a Strategic Planning Manager. In 2017, I was appointed Director of the President’s Office. Since 2022, I have been working as CHRO of ATA Group Technology companies.”
Can you explain the CoreTalent program?
“Ready to recruit well-equipped young employees with new generation talents for ATP, CoreTalent started in 2017 and was set up as an MT program. We have received applications from candidates for the new term of our Talent Development program. Our Young Talent Program “KernTalent” ran for 9 months. will provide a development path and career opportunities where he can gain experience in real software projects. This year, we accepted 13 candidates into the program last year. We are aiming for 15 people.”
How can candidates apply for the program? What conditions are required?
“From numerical departments of universities such as Engineering or Mathematics-Statistics recent graduates, 3rd or 4th year students they can apply.”

What phases does the program consist of?
“Candidates as part of their development trajectory for 9 months They will be supported by technical training, competency programs, workshops including project presentations, rotation evaluation, leadership meetings and mentoring accompanied by experienced professional teams.
Participants who complete the program take a step forward in their career. Why should candidates apply for the CoreTalent program?
“Candidates participating in the program will have the opportunity to work in new and real projects for 9 months, explore their potential with experienced mentors, participate in an innovation project and enhance their creativity with a project mentor. They can develop further with soft skill and technical training.
As a result of the independent evaluations carried out by the GPTW Turkey Institute, this year it has been awarded the “Great Place To Work” certificate, which meets the “Great Workplace” criteria demonstrating a high trust culture, the opportunity to work at one of the largest technology companies they will get. They will work as assistant specialists at one of the companies ATP, Tıklagelsin and Fiyuu.”
