The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the Ukraine-EU Association Committee draft resolution on the trade composition, which created the conditions for Ukraine to achieve the internal market regime of the European Union in the field of circulation.

The decision was taken at the Council of Ministers meeting on April 7, 2023.
The document aims to complete the EU legislation harmonization lists and programs regarding roaming in the telecommunications services sector, particularly in public mobile communication networks, taking into account the current changes in European Union legislation.

The government’s approval of the draft resolution on telecommunications is one of the implementation stages of the updated Priority Plan of measures to strengthen the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement agreed by the Ministry of Economy and the European Commission.
The main focus of this plan is the integration of Ukraine into the EU internal market.
