Samsung and McAfee have announced a partnership that will last at least 10 years. As part of the deal, Samsung phones will come with McAfee pre-installed.

Security and privacy are often among the key words of any company that promises to provide them at a high price. McAfee is one of the biggest names in security, and after nine years of partnership with Samsung, the company has announced that the partnership will likely be extended for another 10 years.

What models will McAfee have?

As part of the ongoing partnership, Samsung smartphones like the new Galaxy S23 series and Galaxy Book 3 series will come pre-installed with McAfee-developed anti-virus protection. It’s a pretty simple feature that shouldn’t be taken lightly, especially in a world where security and privacy are paramount for phone users.

Of course, McAfee will protect smartphones as well as Samsung tablets and PCs. While security solutions aren’t yet something that customers consider when buying a new phone, it’s a good idea to have this popular antivirus software if you plan to spend a lot of money.

For now, until other Samsung series are confirmed, the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23+, Galaxy S23 and Galaxy Book 3 series will be available to users almost worldwide with the help of McAfee.
