In a sector where there is constant market launch and technological advancement, Roborock is one of those companies that has earned a well-deserved position and comes with a new member.

Three months after its presentation at CES 2023, the Chinese brand is launching the Roborock s8, which becomes part of the eponymous line of vacuum cleaners. Its features include a double DuoRoller brush that improves dirt collection and is more effective and resistant to hair, which is especially useful for households with pets. In addition, it has Roborock’s highest suction power to date: 6,000 Pa and VibraRise® 2.0 sound cleaning technology with a frequency of 3,000 times per minute.

It features Roborock’s latest obstacle recognition and avoidance system, Reactive 3D, which allows the device to virtually create space precisely. Furniture or any type of obstacle can be added to make the map as detailed as possible to avoid possible unwanted incidents.

In addition, the new member of the Roborock S8 family can map different plants, up to four in total. If the house has several floors, it is only necessary to place the robot on the required level without the need to install different bases.

It is possible to create various custom cleaning procedures. In other words, customize the cleaning schedules of the robot or on demand so that the S8 can clean the house. It is also possible to modify the spaces mapped by the robot. From the Roborock app, you can identify limited areas where the device can get stuck, obstacles as mentioned above, or very small spaces.

As a detail that needs to be highlighted, there is the option of choosing the charging time, which contributes to both energy savings and economic savings.
