The Short Life of Finlay Boden

Finley Boden barely lived with his parents for a month. Boden, 30, and Marsden, 22 they lost custody of the child a few days after his birth.

On December 23, the social worker returned to the Bodens’ home, but no one answered. Leaving the place, he meets Marsden about 100 meters from the road, making an exchange, which “It was like a drug deal.”

Christmas Eve

It was early morning December 25, 2020 when 999 received an emergency call from the Boden household.

The paramedics arrived at 2:32 a.m. and Finley was rushed to the hospitalbut the doctors failed to revive him.

He was pronounced dead at 3:45 am.

When examining his body, doctors found more than 100 wounds. The pediatric specialist believes that none of the fractures can be explained by normal events, and that, in his opinion, Finlay “intense and prolonged pain” before death.
