Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost confirmed that the jury concluded that agents used force correctlywhile stalking Jayland Walker, 25, after stopping his car when he noticed his light was broken.
“He reached out to grab something from his belt, which the officers called a weapon-drawing gesture, he braced his foot and turned to the officers, raising his hand, that’s when they opened fire, believing that Walker was shooting at them.” prosecutor described.
