Belgian cybersecurity provider AXS Guard announces the availability of Observe & Protect, specifically designed to enable SMBs to secure their IT network.

Observe & Protect provides real-time insights into network activity to improve network security. It detects abnormal behavior and automatically responds to possible security incidents. This is done by merging and analyzing data from various sources, such as intruder detection (IPS & IDS), firewall, endpoint protection, but also abnormal authentication attempts and thanks to intelligent analysis of all types of log files.

In addition, AXS Guard itself also offers a new 24/7 Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) solution, a 24/7 monitoring service that can be added as an additional service to Observe & Protect. The Mechelen security provider also opens the solution to partners who can easily implement it. Management is done through the AXS Guard Cloud web interface, which remotely monitors and manages the network.

Tailored to SMEs

What should distinguish Observe & Protect in the wide range of security solutions is that it is designed for medium-sized businesses. Alex Ongena, manager of AXS Guard, clarifies:

ā€œThere are many solutions on the market that are aimed at large companies that have the financial means and time to do so, but hardly any solutions that are tailored to medium-sized companies. And it is precisely this market that needs it because of the many problems and threats we are informed about on a daily basis. We offer a comprehensive and above all affordable solution for companies of all sizes. Observe & Protect must therefore be a real game changer in the IT security industry,ā€ says Ongena.
