The rapid development of artificial intelligence, especially in the past year, has made it possible to integrate these technologies into our workflow. Special Productive AIs like ChatGPT and Midjourney As we run the world, there is no limit to what artificial intelligence can do and its continued development has also raised concerns.
In fact, in response to these concerns, a letter was issued against all AI developers, halting development of GPT-5, which would create the next version of OpenAI ChatGPT. Another institution that has become party to the concerns has recently been NATO.
“Our world is more dangerous and less predictable than it has been for generations”

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg made key statements at the 18th NATO Conference on Arms Control, Disarmament and Non-Proliferation. Stoltenberg, Artificial intelligence entails major risks. said in the following terms:
“New technologies, from artificial intelligence to autonomous systems, carry huge potential risks that need to be understood and managed. Our world is more dangerous and less predictable than it has been for generations.
(…) We cannot simply count and limit the number of algorithms or artificial intelligence systems a country has, as with missiles and nuclear warheads.”
He also announced that measures will be taken against artificial intelligence technologies!
“Achieving strategic stability in this more complex technological environment requires a different approach. By effectively building trust, transparency, validation and compliance for a new era.
We need to develop expertise to understand and manage these new risks, which are very different from the risks of previous generations. We are committed to developing a common, universal gold standard for the responsible use of new defense technologies.
At NATO, we started this process with our artificial intelligence strategy and associated principles for responsible use.
We have reached an agreement outlining some principles for responsible use in the Alliance, and of course the next step will be to agree with China on these values and principles and perhaps some rules for responsible use.”
