Elon Musk is not afraid to fight tech giants. The famous billionaire, who fell out with Apple when he first took over Twitter, is now sharpening his knives at Microsoft. After Microsoft recently removed Twitter from its advertising system, a rather harsh response came from Elon Musk.

Microsoft announced today that as of April 25, 2023, cross-platform ads will no longer appear on Twitter. Advertisers will no longer be able to access their Twitter accounts through the social media tool and will not be able to use many of Twitter’s features. So, first of all, we’re talking about advertisers. However, Elon Musk made very ambitious statements on this subject.

Responding to the Microsoft news quoted by Twitter Daily News, Elon Musk said, “They are processing Twitter data illegally. Case time!” commented

He later explained that the main reason Microsoft stopped ad support on Twitter was because it didn’t want to pay API fees. It is almost certain that Elon Musk’s claims against Microsoft will be brought to court. Storms may break out between the two technology giants in the coming days.
