According to Reuters, Russia began illegally diverting Internet traffic from Kherson to its infrastructure.

The network connection was routed not through the Ukrainian telecommunications infrastructure, but over the Russian Internet. Therefore, it is probably now subject to Russian Internet rules, surveillance and censorship,

It is worth noting that the Russians completely closed Ukrainian providers on April 30.
