For this, the car owner needs to log in to “Actions”, select “Services” — “Car sharing” — “Cancel sharing”; Check and sign the resulting cancellation statement.

The eligible user wishing to initiate the cancellation process must, on their behalf: log in to “Actions”; Select “Vehicle Registration Certificate” and press “Menu”; Select the items “Refuse to drive the car” – “Start”; and share the generated screen with a request to the owner for approval.

The Ministry of Interior reports that the cancellation will occur automatically and the vehicle registration certificate will be lost from the “Activities” list of the relevant user.

An eligible user is someone who legally drives a car that does not belong to them. The person behind the wheel should be responsible for the commission of crimes, not the owner of the vehicle. Usually such an appointment takes place for a certain period of time. This period is determined by the owner and the person to whom the vehicle is put into use.

It can be from 1 day to several years – it depends on the agreements of the people. After the time defined by the citizens expires, the cancellation process takes place automatically. Previously, it was also possible to cancel car sharing by contacting the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in person or in the driver’s electronic cabin.
