Starlink’s 46 internet satellites are expected to be deployed to low Earth orbit 59 minutes after launch.
The current launch was the 27th mission of the year for SpaceX.
Starlink is SpaceX’s massive broadband network. It currently consists of about 4,000 operational satellites, but may eventually exceed 40,000.
As Ukrinform reported, SpaceX planned to launch a batch of 46 Starlink internet satellites on April 25, but delayed the launch two days in a row for technical reasons.
