I think I’m not wrong when I say that NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and 4060 in its desktop version are the most anticipated graphics cards of the current generation.. And I don’t mean exclusively NVIDIA models, but the entire market. I fully share the point made yesterday by colleague Juan about the need for a stronger Intel in the graphics card market, but as mentioned in it, the rightful dominance of the green giant in the market is more than notorious. I repeat, rightfully so, as its advances and innovations are indisputable, but it is always possible to wish for a little more real competition. If you watched the MotoGP World Championship during Mick Doohan’s golden five-year run, you’ll know what I mean (and mind you, I was quite a “koala” fan at the time).

As I said, I understand that the desktop GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and 4060 are the most anticipated graphics of their generation. Because? Because if the RTX 4070 has democratized access to the high-end, the 4060 and 4060 TI will open the door to all the exclusive technologies of Ada Lovelace architecture to the middle class. Although it is still too early to know the final prices, it seems that the 4060 Ti will be very affordable, so it can be expected that the GeForce RTX 4060 will be even more affordable, allowing many users to make the jump to this generation.

There is still no date for the announcement and launch of both cards, although colleague Isidro recently ventured to bet on the launch (or at least the announcement) of the RTX 4060 Ti between May and June, that means we won’t have to wait too long. And of course it’s time for the 4060 soon after, so we’ll have to wait for the debut of the smallest of the family, the RTX 4050.

Thus, manufacturers are already preparing to launch their devices on the market, whether they are cards produced by NVIDIA partners or devices that integrate them. And right now, even though they haven’t been officially announced yet (neither cards nor teams) We have already seen the first MSI PC with GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics. Videocardz talks about several distributors and resellers, one example of which is Belgian store 2Compute, which currently lists five 4060 Ti computers. Five teams also integrate Intel Raptor Lake processors.

As you can see, the prices do not seem to be reliable, so it is better to ignore them. However, the presence of these teams on multiple rosters is undoubtedly a clear sign we won’t have to wait too long for the RTX 4060 Ti, which is undoubtedly excellent news.
