Another 15 H10 Poseidon unmanned aerial vehicles with special checkpoints, ground stations and antenna complexes were delivered to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The cost of the transferred equipment is 75 million hryvnia. Half of these funds were raised by representatives of the NGO Sprava Gromad.

These are 15 Poseidon birds with special checkpoints, a large number of ground stations, antenna complexes and everything necessary. What is the strength of these points? They provide gunners and spotters, pilots and commanders with unique opportunities to interact with artillery points through secure communication systems.“, Petro Poroshenko said during the delivery of the complexes.

Military personnel receiving the equipment undergo training to use the complexes effectively. Training takes place at different times of the day and in different weather conditions.

The most important thing we learn is piloting. As for the tactics of using these boards, we base and pass on the experience that exists in similar systems. Accordingly, we somehow improvise, come up with new tactics. Gradually, an idea and technical basis coming from the front is being put together. Of course, we accustom the children to this, we tell them what we heard from the frontline soldiers, this is how we prepare.‘ said the teacher.

The transferred complexes will be immediately sent to the combat zone to perform the tasks.

Swarmly’s H10 Poseidon Mk II unmanned aerial vehicles have a range of up to 150 kilometers at altitudes of up to 4,000 meters. Cruising speeds are 75 km/h. They are equipped with means of protection against EW, have Israeli optics and a thermal imaging camera. The UAV is designed as a high-wing monocoque glider with four fixed electric motors with an electric motor and pitching propeller for vertical take-off and landing.

This type of thrust is used not only for takeoff, landing and hovering, but also for emergency landing in flight, rather than using an emergency parachute. In March, the army received 8 more H10 Poseidon UAVs – these are two complexes and two additional aircraft.
