Kenyan court freed gang leader on Tuesday sect Christian charged with incitement death by starvation at least 110 believers, but the scandalous pastor was again arrested on charges of terrorism in relation to the matter.

Paul Mackenzie Ntenge and six accomplices stood trial in the coastal and tourist town of Malindi (south), where prosecutors wanted to indict suspects on terrorism charges.

However, the court pleaded not competent to try the Ntenge for terrorism and released them.

The President had already condemned the so-called “Shakahol massacre” on April 24 as an act of “terrorism” and assured that Kenya would not tolerate “people preaching misleading sermons that lead to death.”

Ntenge, who has been in police custody since April 14, leads the Good News International Church.

An ecstasy driver, the pastor had already been arrested in March last year on charges of involvement in the death of two children under similar circumstances, but was released on bail.
