Chatbot “TurBOTa about IDPs” contains necessary information and links for IDPs to help them find housing in a new area, obtain IDP status, find out how and where to get help, learn about available vacancies and entertainment centers for children. , get step-by-step instructions on how to find religious buildings and act in uncertain situations.
Currently, the application has been developed for four cities: Kiev, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi. It is planned to increase the number of settlements where it will work in the future.
As reported, the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner has monitored approximately 300 compact settlements of internally displaced persons over the past six months. Among the most common violations recorded during monitoring, problems with the lack of personal space and improper sanitary and hygienic conditions were identified.
