Missouri State Police, USA, confirmed on Wednesday, April 26, the arrest Caleb M Ramsey18 years old and Tanner Watkins, 20 years on charges of murder in the first degree three bills first degree assaultfour bills illegal use of weapons armed crime and two counts of endangering the well-being minor.
